QorusDocs Round Up Banner

Hi there,

Across legal, AEC, professional services, and IT/SaaS, one theme is showing up again and again: proposal work is no longer sitting on the sidelines. It is increasingly tied to revenue, growth, and how confidently teams compete in high-stakes opportunities.

What that means in practice is familiar to many teams: more pressure to move quickly, more expectation to personalize, and more coordination required across contributors, content, and workflows. The challenge is not just keeping up. It is doing all of that without losing clarity, consistency, or momentum.

That’s very much the lens we’re bringing to QorusDocs this year.

We’re focused on helping you remove friction from the work that slows proposals down, so your teams can spend more time strengthening the response itself. This Round Up reflects that theme, with product updates designed to streamline collaboration and a few community highlights to help you stay connected.

To kick off this month’s Round Up, we’re sharing a set of industry-specific trend reads inspired by the latest benchmark insights. Choose the one that best fits your world:

  • Legal
  • AEC
  • Professional Services
  • IT & SaaS

What’s new in the Product

Our latest releases are all about making it easier to move from content to collaboration without the extra back-and-forth.

As proposal teams juggle more contributors, tighter deadlines, and more content to manage, small workflow improvements can make a big difference to speed and consistency.

thumbnail1-1

We’ve put together a short video walkthrough of this month’s highlights, including new assignment workflows, easier file selection, and smoother collaboration across Hub and Pursuits.

Assignments, with less workflow friction

We introduced the ability to create Assignments directly from Search, including assigning reusable Content Library items for the first time. This gives teams a new way to ask whether content is still accurate, flag items for review, and manage updates to library content without leaving the task at hand.

We also introduced Hub-level assignments, giving teams a simple way to manage broader work that is not tied to a specific Pursuit or file.

Plus, users can now create assignments from the Assignments grid in the Hub – eliminating the need to jump between screens to find files, assign work, and track reviews.

A faster way to assign the right file

The new content picker inside the Assignment form now makes it easy to select Pursuit content and Recently Used documents as part of the Assignment creation workflow. That means less time hunting for the right file and a smoother handoff when proposal managers and bid teams need to keep work moving.

Smarter document creation and review

Teams can now easily incorporate content they have personally recently used into the proposals and pitches they create from Smart Templates, with the introduction of the new ‘Recently Used’ option in Dynamic Content Smart Fields.

What’s new in Customer Central

The latest edition of Orange You Glad It’s Tuesday is centered on something simple but important: getting to know each other better. It is a reminder that community works best when it feels personal, useful, and easy to engage with.

This month’s note also kicks off a new team spotlight series, starting with Michelle Revsbech, who leads Customer Launch and Advisory. Her focus right now is speed to value, helping customers see meaningful results faster, and her advice is a good one: think of QorusDocs not just as a tool, but as a growth platform connected to real business outcomes.

A few other highlights from Customer Central:

  • Coffee & Tea Chats are on the way. These small, informal Teams conversations are designed for open dialogue, idea-sharing, and connecting with peers and the QorusDocs team.
  • Where you’ll find us next: LMA Annual Conference in New Orleans (April 20-22), APMP Bid & Proposal Conference in Denver (May 13–16), and Value Driven 2026 in New York (May 21).
  • Looking ahead: our next Customer Town Hall is coming up in June, with more details to come soon.

And that’s a wrap for this edition of the Round Up.

As always, thank you for being part of the QorusDocs community. We’re grateful to be on this journey with you and look forward to bringing you more ways to work smarter, stay connected, and keep winning in 2026.

Warmly,

The QorusDocs Team
