In October, your amazing feedback earned us the #1 ranking and Gold Medal award from Info-Tech SoftwareReviews in the Proposal Management Software category for the third year running! The fact that this recognition is based on real user feedback and that it considers software experience and vendor relationships in the overall scoring makes this one especially near and dear to our hearts. It means a lot to everyone here at QorusDocs.

Then, hot off the heels of this award, in early November, we couldn’t have been more delighted to be recognized as the Proposal Management Software of the Year by LegalTech Breakthrough Awards, an independent market intelligence organization that evaluates and recognizes standout legal technology companies, products and services around the globe. We look forward to bringing even more value to our law firm clients and sincerely appreciate the nod.

What’s new in the Product

We are frequently asked about what drives our product roadmap and the answer is that our chief considerations are customer feedback, technology advancements, and market trends. Our latest releases in the past few months have been a testament to this, as we’ve released a flurry of enhancements to Pursuits, QPilot, and configuration options for Admins.

For Pursuits, highlights include:

• The ability to upload files at the same time as you create a new Pursuit with a new ‘Upload file’ button on Pursuit creation forms
• A new consolidated view of all Pursuits, across Pursuit Types, in Hub Central, plus the ability to set this new view as your Landing page when you log in using your web browser
• More control over Due Date requirements on deadline-based Pursuits
• More flexibility built into our Teams integration, letting you pick which MS Teams channel you would like to use with your Pursuit workspace when you create new Pursuits

For QPilot, we’ve added support for the latest GPT-5 models. Admins can configure which LLM QPilot uses for your Hub, as well as for each Content Source and Smart Skill.

What’s new in Customer Central

In case you missed it, at the end of October, we hosted our first virtual Connect LIVE event with Margie Gradwohl, our Senior Director Community & Partnerships, and CEO, Ray Meiring, where we announced the new Customer Central – the only destination you’ll need for support, documentation, training, community, and more.

Otherwise, here are a few of the highlights and what’s new in Customer Central:

• The Help Center has had a major upgrade, with a fresh new look, simpler navigation, and an AI-powered search that enables you to ask questions in the search and get a fast AI-generated answer with information sourced from the article knowledge base.
  
  
• We launched a brand new QorusDocs Community, Connect, the place for QorusDocs Pitch, Proposal, and RFP Professionals to share ideas, solve challenges, and win more business together, with Peer Insights, DocTalk, Orange You Glad It’s Tuesday, and more.
  
  Speaking of our Connect newsletter, you’ll find the latest edition of Orange You Glad It’s Tuesday right here, where you can get to know a little bit more about Margie, our fearless Community leader, and learn how to participate in our Community challenge.
  
  Be sure to also register for the QorusDocs Townhall, our next customer only event, planned for February 18, 2026, here where we'll get you up to speed on what's new at QorusDocs from a product and community perspective.
