For most proposal teams, AI started with the draft. Faster content, less blank-page anxiety, some breathing room in a process that rarely offers much of either.
But that was just the beginning.
The conversation is shifting. AI is moving beyond writing assistance and into the full complexity of proposal work: coordinating contributors, keeping content consistent, and moving opportunities forward across every stage of the response. That shift has a name now: agentic AI. And it's worth understanding what it actually means for how your team competes.
Our latest product updates reflect the same direction: reducing coordination overhead so teams can spend more time on the response itself.

Featured Video: Automate your Pursuit workflow
Our latest product video walks through how Custom Pursuit Statuses and Default Pursuit Assignments work together to move teams through each stage with less friction. Worth a watch if your team manages complex, multi-stage Pursuits.
This quarter's releases have stayed focused on one theme: reducing the coordination overhead that slows proposal teams down.
The right tasks, created at the right stage
Default Pursuit Assignments can now be triggered automatically as a Pursuit moves through each stage. When a Pursuit reaches Qualification, Planning, Drafting, or Review, QorusDocs creates the right set of assignments for that stage, without a Proposal Manager having to manually recreate the same task list every time. The Pursuit Status Bar, now visible by default, makes it easy to see where each Pursuit stands and move it forward in one click.
Assignments go straight to the right people Previously, Default Pursuit Assignments landed with the Pursuit Owner, who then had to redistribute them. Admins can now configure assignments with one or more specific assignees drawn from the Pursuit Type's Default Pursuit Members, so tasks go directly to the right people when they're created. Multiple assignees are supported for tasks that need shared ownership, and same-day due dates are now possible for time-sensitive activities.
A quick but meaningful update: the Round Up is getting a permanent home in Customer Central. Past editions will be there too, so it's easy to reference previous product updates in one place.
