For this year’s industry snapshot, we took the pulse of the B2B proposal and RFP landscape, with a focus on service industries—Professional Services (accounting, consulting, staffing), Legal, IT Services and SaaS, and Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC)—that tend to complete more pitches and complex pursuits.
We don’t often toot our own horn, but recently we scored top marks in SoftwareReviews' Data Quadrant on proposal management. Intuitive Enhancements for Friendly Navigation and Content Management
Several newly released features are designed to enhance your QorusDocs experience, bringing quality of life improvements to general navigation, content, and record management.
Easily scroll through multiple records with flexible column-width adjustments and a frozen header, personalizing your list viewing experience in recent Pursuits and Smart Layouts. All lists in QorusDocs, including Assignments, Pursuits, and Pursuit Assignments, will now save your list filters during an active page or record session – helping you speed through your assessments and admin.
To allow easy distribution of PDF files, you can now quickly copy and distribute PDF document links. Other general content search and browse enhancements provide improved messaging to narrow results for large volumes of content and supports shorter, focused keyword searches.
Guest assignees are now automatically routed to their Assignments at log in, getting them straight to the information that matters!

Content Accessibility and Performance Optimization with AI Assistant, QPilot
Improved Content Accessibility and Integrations
The content that can be referenced for prompting in QorusDocs AI Assistant, QPilot, has expanded to include newly accessible content and integrations.
SharePoint Lists and Q&A Libraries are now available to connect with QPilot, further strengthening the content that can be indexed with generative AI to provide you with tailored answers.
Easily reference your personal OneDrive content in QPilot and within AI-powered Smart Templates. Pursuit content can also be referenced in prompts, making it easier to get answers from content within your active projects.
Recently used documents can now be used in Smart Skills, QPilot’s pre-built and customizable prompts, to leverage past RFP responses, cross-check information, and more.
Engaging with QPilot while previewing documents just got easier with an increased panel width that is fully adjustable. And when referencing a document or highlighted text, QPilot will display all references under prompt responses and in the chat history.

Better History Management and Performance Upgrades
QPilot and AI-powered Smart Templates have been upgraded to use the latest Large Language Model (LLM) available in Azure Open AI, enabling more comprehensive answers and longer responses, where needed.
Easily find your past prompts and responses with the expanded chat history that now displays up to 250 of your most recent chat sessions. Items in your chat history can now be renamed and deleted to optimize your view and enable efficient recollection.
