RAY MEIRING / CEO
Ray is our leader and product visionary responsible for ensuring our business is on track to achieving our goals and that our product features meet market demands and keep up with market trends. A technical “whiz kid”, Ray joined the enterprise software industry straight out of university and quickly climbed the ranks to Software Development Manager and later Business Unit Manager at a leading technology company. Ray brings with him a natural leadership style and astute understanding of running a successful technology business.
LEE CHILD / Chief Business Development Officer
Lee is responsible for the management of Sales and our international Partner Channel. Lee has over 20 years experience in enterprise software sales and management. Lee brings with him the positive attitude and sales savvy, backed by solid business experience and IT industry knowledge to build key relationships and drive the Qorus Software business.
STéPHANIE LAURENT / Chief Technology Officer
A native of France, Stéphanie Laurent embodies a rare combination of European academic training and theory and more than 10 years practical experience in the IT industry. Never one to shy away from speaking her mind and taking a stand, Stéphanie serves as a sounding board for all ideas requiring a bit of intelligent debate and vetting before embarking on a development project. Stephanie’s “can do” attitude, work ethic and integrity show in delivery of a world-class product.
HEATHER THOMPSON / Senior Vice President of Marketing
Heather is responsible for ensuring Qorus is in the hearts and minds of future and current Qorus software clients through smart marketing and PR activities. She manages the global marketing and lead generation for Qorus and brings substantial experience to the team; developing and implementing the marketing strategy in alignment with the Qorus business vision and strategy.
Pamela de Swardt/ Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations
Having served in financial roles in the UK and South Africa for over 15 years, Pam brings a pragmatic and simple approach to her role at Qorus: Revenue is vanity, profit is sanity, cash is reality. Pam is in charge of keeping things sane and real at Qorus, so we are all able to pay our bills every month. Pam’s invaluable experience in her previous role of helping grow a South African IT start-up into a US based industry player has prepared her well to pave our way to industry leader in the document automation space.
PAUL ROLLASON/ Territory Manager – UK and Europe
Paul manages our UK operations and Partner Channel with ample finesse and a dash of dry wit. Paul’s passion for and experience in content management, output management and documenting our very own internal processes have earned him the nickname “Doc” Rollason at Qorus. With over 25 years’ experience filling various Management roles in sales and channel management, Paul brings to Qorus a thorough and solid understanding of how to manage mutually beneficial relationships with prospects, customers and partners, and the friendly and warm nature required to build and nurture them.
Michelle Revsbech/ Channel Director
Michelle is based in the USA and is our Channel Director focused on the growth and development of the North American Partner Channel. Her prior experience and success in the global technology, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, with an emphasis on client service and business development, serves as a solid foundation for the growth of Qorus’s North American market segment. A native Atlantan, Michelle spent the last six years in Scandinavia where she worked for an international Microsoft ISV.
David Mead/ Director of Business Development, North America
Based in New York City, David is responsible for new and existing clients in the northern region of the USA and throughout Canada. David has extensive document automation knowledge and experience across a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance and technology, and provides a powerful consultative approach in forming high-value business user solutions with and for our clients.
John Sopchak/ Director of Business Development, North America
John is based in Atlanta, Georgia and is responsible for new business sales in the Southern region of the USA. John has over 25 years of sales leadership experience in the software/IT industry with a focus on rapidly growing companies that provide innovative and disruptive enterprise software solutions. John is a results driven, highly successful leader with a mission to bring unique value to his client base resulting in establishing long term strategic relationships.
