The Data Quadrant has two dimensions: 1) Product Features and Satisfaction: driven by the likelihood of users to recommend the software, combined with user satisfaction and 2) Vendor Capabilities and Experience: a weighted average of satisfaction scores tied to capabilities (such as training, software implementation, customer support and product roadmap) as well as emotional response ratings such as trustworthiness, respectfulness and fairness.
