Zena De Kasha, Senior Manager of Bid & Proposal Operations, Insight 

Zena is the Senior Manager, Bids & Proposals for Insight Enterprises, Inc. North America. Her team focuses on helping sales create winning, well-written proposal solutions for small and medium-sized firms to global enterprises. This includes helping to qualify new business opportunities, conducting research, performing competitive analyses, managing proposals, and writing and reviewing proposals.

Zena is an active member of the APMP and stays current with the latest industry best practices.


Nora Navin, Associate Director, Global Proposals Leader at Baker & McKenzie Global Services LLC

Nora Navin is the Director of Pitch & Pursuit Excellence at Baker McKenzie, where she has led strategic global opportunities for three years. Prior to Baker, she spent 13 years at EY in various pursuits, market leadership, and business development roles. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business development, she is focused on winning work, coaching teams, and innovating the pursuit process to improve and benefit the team and firm.  She is a recognized champion of diversity in the team, firm, and broader community.


David Mead, VP of Business Development at Qorus

David is a Vice President with Qorus Software. He heads up business development from our New York office. His team engages clients on automating business critical documents using the Qorus suite of products. David leads Qorus’ strategy, partnerships and client growth across the Am Law 200.

Prior to Qorus, David led business development for Vermilion Software, who automate the generation of client pitch books and board reports for global investment managers, including Citi, Bank of America and Ameriprise. David began his career with AT&T as a business analyst and progressed through key assignments in marketing,operations and global sales.
